The Annual General Meeting 2015/2016 of the Wilton Community Land Trust will be held on Saturday 16th July from 10.00am to 11.00am in The Wilton Community Centre, West Street, Wilton. The agenda will be:

  1. Approval of the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting (AGM)
  2. The directors’ report (to be noted)
  3. Approval of the accounts and auditor’s report (draft accounts to be presented)
  4. Appointment of auditors
  5. Election of directors
  6. Any other business.

Applications to the Chairman are sought by 4th July from any member wishing to put himself/herself forward as a director.

In accordance with Rule 30.5 of the rules of Wilton Community Land Trust, a postal ballot may not be used for anything that by statute must be passed at a meeting of the Society, including appointment of auditors. Any member who is unable to attend but wishes to vote is requested to complete the attached form and return to: The Company Secretary, Wilton Community Land Trust, Old School House, West Street, Wilton, SP2 0DG by 4th July 2014.
