The Wilton Community Land Trust have asked for the planning application to be dismissed as there has been no consideration for affordable housing and little engagement and consideration for the community to be involved in this major housing development in the middle of Wilton Town. In understanding what needs there are would give a community led housing development ensuring Wilton Town in future years would be a more vibrant town. We would be delighted to be involved.
