Our Wilton CIC, of which Wilton Community Land Trust is a shareholder, is seeking expressions of interest from new and established small businesses who are looking for work spaces in Wilton. These will be available on the Wilton Hill / Our Wilton development on The Avenue in Wilton.

Our Vision

We are building a vibrant Enterprise Hub and Community Cafe where business and creative enterprise thrive together.

This Enterprise Hub is due for completion by the end of the year and will comprise a mix of flexible work spaces, workshops, hot desks, co-working opportunities, training, presentation and conference facilities with high speed internet access. The range of units and flexibility of the Hub means it is ideal for small start up businesses, as well as established businesses. There will also be a programme of events, seminars and networking opportunities to support the local and wider business community. With great transport links and free parking, the Enterprise Hub is well located, with the Park & Ride terminal opposite and with the proposed Wilton Parkway railway station on its doorstep.

We have up to approximately 10,000sq ft of space available offering a range of workspace sizes and hot desks to suit all. Lease and rental terms will be set at market rates.
