Wilton Community Land Trust would like to thank everyone from the local community who attended the community meeting on the 14th of September at the Michael Herbert Hall. It was a really good opportunity for members and the wider community to see how our input was making a real difference to the master plan for the mixed use development on the former UKLF HQ at Erskine Barracks.
Since that meeting Wilton CLT has continued to put forward the community’s aspirations to the developers and the result is a hybrid planning application which has now been submitted to Wiltshire Council.
The Planning Application
We advise everyone to examine the application now that it’s available on the Wiltshire Council planning portal. Wilton Hill is the new name chosen for the former Erskine Barracks site.

The CLT Board believe that it is clear from the application that our community’s involvement in this development has already made a substantial difference.
